2021 PRSA Colorado Chapter Service Award

The Public Relations Society of America Colorado Chapter’s Gold Pick Awards honor the region’s best work in public relations, and it has become the state’s most prestigious recognition program for PR practitioners. The PRSA Colorado Chapter’s Special Awards program provides an opportunity to recognize the outstanding pro­fessionals in our field. The Chapter Service Award is presented to an individual who is a current member of the PRSA Colorado Chapter and has demonstrated a particularly strong level of commitment to the Chapter through volunteer work, board or committee work, or involvement in special projects. The award is designed to recognize a member whose contributions might be regarded as unpublicized and behind-the-scenes. In 2021, Novitas Communications CEO Michelle Lyng was recognized for her more than two decades of experience in strategic communications and reputation management relating to executive positioning, community engagement, issue management, corporate communication and crisis communications.
