Case Study: Hubilo Digital Campaign

Challenge

Hubilo was under contract for several events over the course of two years with event content channel, BizBash, as part of a previous outreach strategy to event planners and event marketers. While the strategy and ideal customer persona (ICP) shifted several months earlier to revenue marketers, Hubilo was stuck in the contract for this event. Hubilo decided to make the best of the event to help build its brand, mine for any potential leads, and forge relationships within the industry.
At the same time, Hubilo planned a hard launch of its newest product Webinar+, which is meant to help revenue marketers generate quality leads, grow their pipeline, build connections, and boost ROI year-round using webinars.
Hubilo enlisted Novitas Communications to develop a digital advertising campaign that would give Hubilo maximum exposure to conference attendees to help build its brand, mine for any potential leads, and forge relationships within the industry.

Solution

Novitas worked to gain maximum exposure through a digital advertising campaign using GoogleAds and programmatic campaigns, targeting event attendees. Novitas conducted A/B testing to serve the best performing ad to maximize results. Using geo-targeting, Novitas targeted an audience within a one-mile radius of the event location. In addition to the geotargeting, Novitas created audience attributes to ensure the ads would reach event attendees and Hubilo’s target customers.

Results

With a minimal budget, Novitas was able to reach a wide audience and drive traffic to Hubilo’s booth, as well as its website promoting the Webinar+ product.
